$10 per person per night for each guest over 6.

We love well behaved fur family members please let me know as there is an extra cleaning fee for pets due to extra time and disinfecting that needs to be done.

Also when bringing your pets please bring extra sheets and or blankets or towels to cover and protect furniture

Please don’t use ours as this creates too much laundry for cleaning staff!!!

Unfortunately, we must pass on the 3.5% credit card processing fee on cancelled reservations, so that will be deducted from the full refund of our portion.

You will be. billed through VRBO and then VRBO processes our Lake Fairfield Hideaway portion so there are in essence 2 charges for this one reservation.
