This property was amazing! Everything from start to finish was perfect!!! Super easy access to the beach and the condo was just beautiful I didn’t want to leave! Views are amazing! Had deer right at our balcony 2 days in a row which was crazy! I love this place and the rental agency was awesome and so helpful! I will definitely be back! Rent this you won’t be disappointed!

The view from the balcony was perfect. We stayed in a different unit last year and found this one this year and we were very pleased. Would 100% stay in this unit again. This condo complex is so quiet and peaceful, while being close to everything. It is walkable or bikeable to many shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Beach Access at Hilton Head

Beach access and unit size were perfect for two. Unit does sleep more but additional adults would be tight imo .... Location and ocean front view were also ideal. Perfect parking right under the unit and up a short distance by stairs. The elevator is also available but a little farther away. Ideal to have for arrival or leaving with large loads. Everything was beautifully appointed, updated, clean and very efficient. A very relaxing and private location for a condo. The pool is a bit small and a hot tub would be nice but we really didn't miss this with all our time spent at the ocean or out and about. We would definitely stay again.

Run down old building

From the moment we checked in, it started. Arrived after 10 hours on road. Lady at front desk was incredibly rude. To get our luggage up to to the first floor was a challenge. Get the cart on ground level, take elevator up to first floor , then wheel all way down the hall through several doors. Washer and dryer never worked. Had call 2 times. Gave us one kitchen towel for two weeks. All I can say is spend the rest extra money and go somewhere else!

Very close and convenient to the beach - was our main purpose for staying here. condo was modern. pictures were very accurate. Ample closet space (3+). Close to Cologne corner. Corner unit was ideal. one flight up. could park right next to the stairwell and room. Almost could see the sand from room. beautiful view of the grass yard with rabbits, palm trees, swing and the top of the dunes. Too low to see sand. King size bed was a comfortable. pull out sofa was only good for a young child - would never sleep an adult. Very flimsy. But easy to open/close. Suggestion is for a folding chair in the closet for a third person to eat at the indoor table and for management to provide more than one plastic garbage bag for the week. as well as more dishwasher soap packets. (for the week it came with only two dishwasher cycle soap packets and no replacement garbage bag. ). Outdoor shower and rinse hoses were very convenient.

And Coligny Plaza is just a short walk away. A nicely remodeled condo!

Great Location But Lacking in Included Amenities and Cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really love this location in Seaside Villas. It is a close walk to the Coligny shops. I also loved the beachfront location of this particular unit. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. I will say I was quite disappointed in a few things, however. The first of these is that there is absolutely no beach equipment provided in the unit - no chairs, cooler, or even beach towels. There is room in the unit to store these, so why not provide these to guests? We had to go spend over $100 for 2 chairs, 3 towels, and a cooler for the beach. My other dislike of this unit was the lack of other necessities such as toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed here for one week and were provided with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, and one set of towels. Finally, I felt the cleanliness was lacking. The soft furnishings of the unit could definitely be replaced (especially the rug in the living room which was gray from dirt but supposed to be white). Overall, the location and view can't be beat but I probably wouldn't stay here again due to the issues listed above.

The view is great but the patio furniture is a bit uncomfortable and hard to sit in. This unit also lacked things like beach chairs, extra linens, trash bags, etc. and had we known we would've brought our own stuff to avoid paying island prices. Despite this it is a wonderful condo and we would definitely stay again.
