F3 apartment of 60 sqm, located on the second and last floor of a house in the center of the village in a semi-pedestrian street and therefore quiet Mont Dore.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), each equipped with a 140 cm bed, kitchen
separated very equipped, stay with a click-clac in 140, a bathroom with cabin of shower and TOILET.
The house is ideally located on the Place de la Republique, close to shops and restaurants, 100m from the thermal baths.
In a family atmosphere, warm and lively, this large mountain village offers, at the foot of the Puy de Sancy, a multitude of activities to practice without moderation in winter as in summer! Tree climbing, summer tobogganing, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, cross-country skiing and alpine skiing thanks to the 42 km of slopes and even more thanks to the link with superbesse, snowshoes, sled dogs ... Come enjoy mont-dore and its surroundings!

Petite vacances en famille (3 personnes) dans la belle région de l'Auvergne. Nous avons séjourné dans un bel appartement spacieux, très bien situé dans le village du Mont Dore. On peut tout faire à pied, heureusement car il n'y a pas beaucoup de place de parking. L'appartement est proche des commerces alimentaires, des locations de ski, de la navette gratuite pour rejoindre la station. Bref un bel emplacement. Deux petites choses à noter, les escaliers sont très pentus et l'emplacement de l'évier dans les rampants n'est pas judicieux. Malgré cela une très bonne semaine passée en famille dans un appartement agréable.

Chaos!

Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum vam Mont-dore, vlakbij is er een grote gratis parking. Tot daar het goede nieuws. Het appartement is op de zolderverdieping van een huis gelegen, waardoor het dak voor mensen van meer dan 1m65 overal wel in de weg zit. Het appartement is gedateerd en niet overdreven proper. Op de advertentie van VRBO stond heel duidelijk aangeduid dat er internet was in het appartement. Alleen bedoelde de eigenares daarmee dat er 4G bereik is.... Op de advertentie stond dat de lakens bij ieder bezoek ververst worden, alleen waren ze niet in de prijs inbegrepen... De eigenares van het appartement werkt met een soort immokantoor die de ontvangst van de reizigers op zich neemt, ondanks dat er een sleutelkastje aan de voordeur hangt. Alleen wordt het immokantoor niet betaald als de ontvangst via het sleutelkastje gebeurt. Dus weigert het immokantoor om de code van het sleutelkastje te geven. Daardoor gebeurt de aankomst niet op de aangeduide uren, maar op de uren die nog beschikbaar zijn voor het immokantoor dwz 2 uur later dan beschreven in de advertentie.... De eigenares drong op voorhand aan om een contract te ondertekenen waarbijkomende bepalingen in stonden die niet overeenstemden met de advertentie van VRBO. Hetgeen gelukkig

nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, appartement propre et accueillant très calme, proche des commerces , Proche de la navette pour aller à la station , surtout la neige à volonté !!!! Je le conseille pour 6 personnes sans se gêner.

belle appartement

nous sommes allés au mont dore , dans cette location qui se situe en plein centre ville et très proche des petites commerces, restaurants, bars et magasins de souvenir et surtt à 5 minutes des pistes de ski , l'idéale .... 5 jours très agréable , l'appartement propre, bien équipés nous avons passés de très bonne vacances
