Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. Hank responded to questions we had in a timely manner. Having a slip for our boat was perfect and close to the house. The home is located in walking distance to Fox's which was an added bonus! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the river house. It was a relaxing place to spend time with family. The house was clean, well equipped, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the stay and would happily return. Thank you for sharing a wonderful river house with us!

Very helpful & accommodating host

I’ve never had a bad experience with renting yet, but there are ones that stick out as just better & this one was, mostly because of Hank the host. Very gracious & easy to deal with, just reminded me of the easy going good people in the world still. House is clean, plenty of room & it was everything we needed. We would definitely use this one again. Thank you Hank!

Golf trip

We had 10 adults - 4 were couples so the bedroom / bathroom layout was perfect! You can walk to 2 bars that also have food ( although Sundance is still under renovation ) Golf is less than 2 miles away - and after that you can tie up an inner tube and float in the water at the docs ! Perfect getaway !!

I put my whole team up in this house for the Parker 425 race, It was perfect! house was a great meeting spot for all of our other help in Parker, place was very comfortable and clean. I would 10/10 recommend for every day except for when we need it :)
