Everything you could want!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. It has anything you could need and the large deck is perfect for your afternoon cocktail and watching golfers cross the bridge on the 18th hole as well as the expansive view. It’s a short walk to all amenities and a beautiful waterfall - a perfect stay for our group. We hope to return.

Our stay was great! The home is very nicely furnished and has a beautiful golf course and water view. There are great restaurants in Highlands which is about 15 minutes away. There is a waterfall on property and a few more near Highlands that make for nice hiking. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay there again in the near future.

Five stars all the way. While it’s a little odd to have 1 full bath upstairs with 3 bedrooms and two full baths on the bottom level everything else about this house is amazing. And the views, outstanding! Mark was an incredible host and communication was excellent. We had minor issue with ants in the kitchen and debris on the back deck, and he corrected the issues immediately. Would definitely stay in this beautiful home again whenever in the Sky Valley area.

Thank you for allowing us to spend our family mountain vacation in you home! We have driven by your home for years and were excited when we found it on VRBO. The views are spectacular! Enjoying the morning sunrises on the rear porch were breathtaking! After dinner walks to Mud Creek Falls always reveal God’s beautiful creation! Girls' get-away

A friend of mine has been looking to purchase a house in the area so we've made a few trips to look at real estate. I've been coming to Sky Valley for many years and always loved this house. I was quite excited to see it on VRBO and loved having friends join me. The home is beautiful, and the view is spectacular. Furniture and beds are very comfortable, and the Property Manager was excellent with check-in and questions. I'll be back!

Nestled within the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and perched alongside an impeccably maintained golf course, this home was everything we hoped for and so much more. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem — a peaceful retreat that offered both luxury and comfort, with a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful views in the region.The house itself was immaculate. Cleanliness is something I always notice right away, and this property sparkled. Every room was spotless, organized, and thoughtfully prepared, giving us that warm "home away from home" feeling. It was clear that the owners took great pride in maintaining the space, and every detail — from the fresh linens and fluffy towels to the pristine kitchen appliances — reflected a high standard of care.Speaking of the kitchen, it was a dream to cook in. Fully stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and gadgets we needed, it made preparing meals an absolute joy. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the deck each morning while watching the sun rise over the golf course and mountains. The open-concept living and dining area was tastefully decorated, with comfortable seating that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring or playing a round of golf.One of the biggest highlights of our stay was, without a doubt, the view.

Girls Trip

We loved our stay in Sky Valley. Mark, the property manager was very easy to contact and responded with information in a timely manner. The home was beautiful , comfortable , extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare a wonderful meal. We had 4 women in our group so the ability for all to have their own room was perfect. The only tiny drawback was the fact that 2 of the 3 full baths were downstairs and 3 of the 4 bedrooms were upstairs. We were under the impression ,from our communication with Mark the property manager , that 2 of the bedrooms had their own baths and 2 shared a bath. It wasn't ideal but certainly did not ruin our trip. The home is very convenient to The Highlands and Dillard. We enjoyed spending the day in the Highlands and having dinner at Julep Kitchen in Dillard. We also enjoyed the short walk from the home to the waterfall less than a mile away. We would definitely consider this Sky Valley home for a future stay.

Family Time At Its Best

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s birthday with him and our daughter-in-law! This home is beautiful and very well appointed. It’s furnished with all the comforts of home. The deck overlooking the lake and golf course is so relaxing. Manager, Mark, and the communication was very professional and easy. Already booked another stay!
