The house was clean with all the amenities you could want. The pool temperature was just right. Plenty of outside seating both in the sun and shade. The neighbor was nice and quiet. Plenty of restaurants within 15 minute drive.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious and well set up. Our favorite area was tha patio/ pool area. Fully screened with comfortable lounging furniture and a tv. The best thing was the pool, warm and relaxing, and no bugs!

The location of the home was exactly what we were looking for (in a quiet neighborhood). The home had everything we could possibly need. The home is well kept and clean and the pool was a plus on hot days when we just wanted to relax. This home had many extras that we hadn't found in any other home we've rented (beach towels, fishing rods, etc.) I highly recommend the home.

Nice house with a cool canal in the back yard. Nice remodeled inside. Mostly quiet neighborhood. Good communication. Wasn't in the location we expected, based off of the mileage listed to different points of interest, so that was a sizeable negative. However, for the location, it was a nice place.

I can understand if someone isn't familiar with the area that seeing, for example, Ft Myers Beach is 15 miles away but takes 30-40 minutes to get there with traffic, etc. may be confusing, but it's not inaccurate mileage. The BEST Honeymoon!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The cleanliness at this VRBO property was impeccable—every corner was spotless, and you could tell that the owners put a lot of care into maintaining a pristine environment. From the moment we walked in, the house felt welcoming and fresh, with no dust or dirt in sight. The location was another big plus. It was in a lovely, quiet area, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved the convenience of being able to explore the local area without traveling too far. As for amenities, this VRBO had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of cookware, which made it easy to prepare meals at home. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring- the outdoor TV was our favorite! We also appreciated the thoughtful extras like high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and laundry facilities. Overall, this VRBO provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and cleanliness. Excellent Family-Friendly Location

My wife and I and our two kids stayed for 1 week at the Cape Coral property. It was just like being at home, but better! Between the family-friendly supplies (all necessary beach supplies, fishing poles for the canal, pool toys, etc.) and the general amenities, the property exceeded our expectations. I asked my family to list their favorite parts of the home: - My Wife - The mattress in the master bedroom was heavenly. Also, inside the lanai, the area nearest to the canal. She would lay in the sun all day if she could! - My Son - The fishing up and down the canal. - My Daughter - The pool and the porch TV (we love watching movies together and it was awesome watching TV OUTSIDE at night - Me - Everything about the place was great. Loved watching hockey at night OUTSIDE on the porch. I introduced myself to the neighbors and they were nice as well. Thank you for opening up your home for rental - you have a truly great property!!

Thank you for opening your home to our family for a wonderful vacation. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need! Cleanliness of the property could have been better but all supplies were there that we could do it ourselves. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice right along a canal that we could watch kayakers and fish jump out of the water. Restaurants and grocery stores in close proximity. Beaches just a short drive away. The lanai and pool area was fantastic! Only thing that stinks is when it rains/storms all the bugs from the screens end up in the pool. But that’s summertime in Florida! My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!

We have stayed at several VRBO properties. This home is better than pictured and now our favorite! Came there with my children who loved the dock and being able to fish (fishing poles provided but we also brought our own), they loved the pool (pool toys and towels also provided). This home had everything you could think of. We loved that it offered beach chairs and umbrellas which were great for our beach days! The kitchen was well stocked, location was great, beds were comfortable! I just can't say enough great things about it. I posted pictures of our vacation and several friends have reached out to me about the property! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Das Objekt entsprach auf jeden Fall den Angaben in der Anzeige. In Natura sah es sogar noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll. Wir hatten leider vor Anreise keine Zugangsdaten für das Haus bekommen, hatten aber das Glück vor Ort Sylvia anzutreffen. Von daher lief alles unkompliziert ab. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
