We have put so much love into this little but comfortable unit. We absolutely adore it and hope you will too.
Lots of details have been added which are hard to describe but should all add to your enjoyment.

The outdoor 2 person bath has a detachable shower head to wash your doggies or your hair in the tub.
There is an outdoor bath that can be privatized with tall retractable screens around the bath area.
The pullouts and furniture are all good quality and we have made it our priority to be soft and comfortable beds. The pullout will have a least 1 topper to optimise softness (when its not a last minute booking).
There are fairy lights and feature lights strung across the entire deck to provide a lovely romantic mood lighting in the evenings.
A BBQ to cook your favourite delights on those warm summer evenings.
Dog bed and bowls provided to make sure your pup is comfortable.
The bnb is double glazed, well heated/cooled with a large heat pump.
It is lovely and quiet inside with a warm homely feel.
Bubble bath, Himalayan & Epsom salts for soaking in the tub!

Let us know when your dog is coming and we will put out some treats. There is a couple dog puzzles, a bed and water/food bowls for your pet pal.
We are happy for you to sleep your dog inside if they are non-shedding, otherwise we are more than happy to provide you with an XXL crate (big enough for our Belgian Shepherd). Please do not let dogs on the furniture, at all.
We have prioritised privacy. The unit is fenced right around with its own gate. The fencing is up to 2.2m high between the main dwelling to ensure your privacy.
There is a small gap underneath the gate and on the side - very very small dogs such as a chihuahua may be able to squeeze out. We have tried a maltese sized dog and it couldn't fit but something smaller may be able to.
The main dwelling is tenanted, please do not disturb them as they have nothing to do with BnB. We live a few mins drive away so can be there if you need us.
The outdoor deck area is all covered so rain or sunshine you can be outside. There are retractable screens so most sides of the deck can be more protected.

Relax in the tub with complimentary bath salts and bubble bath. This is great in rain or shine. Soak in the candlelight and listen to the rain on the roof overhead, or unwind under the fairy lights and enjoy a drink in the tub!
The ceiling height is 2.1m. If you are over 2m tall, you might be best to find another place otherwise you may need to duck your head inside.
Also, note the shower sliding doors entry is somewhat narrow. The shower is 90cm square but the entry is slightly narrow. That said, most people shouldn't find it a problem as it is still an off-the-shelf shower door. The opening width is 40cm.
Pet friendly;
We are dog lovers but we also want the place kept lovely for everyone. Please read house rules before bringing along your furry friend.
Please leave the house as you found it.
No parties. No noisy dogs. Dogs that are left alone at the property must not be noisy, nor left for considerable lengths of time.
Please note; There is a security camera operating on the gate/entrance/carpark.

Shared driveway but otherwise private. The unit has its own fence and locked entry gate.

Guests beyond 2 people cost extra per head. There is a camera operating on the entrance and carpark.
It you try to loring more people without advising us, it will be taken out of your bond.
BBQ area must be cleaned up by yourselves. If extra cleaning is required, it will be at an additional cost to you or removed from your bond.
Dogs are absolutely welcome provided you and/or the dogs
- Are quiet and do not bark constantly and disturb the neighbours quiet enjoyment
- Pick up after their droppings and wash off any spots they have peed on outside
- Dont damage the property inside or out
- Shedding dogs are crated inside
- Dogs that arent house trained are kept outside.
- No noisy dogs left alone at the property
- No dogs left for long periods of time alone at the property
- Any damage of your dogs doing will be paid for by you to replace or rectify
- Any damage done to the property by people or dogs will be charged for including any additional cleaning required inside or out.
