The Crystal Playa is prominently featured in the community of Crystal Beach and is directly across the street from the Shirah Beach Entrance. Crystal Playa proudly features five bedrooms with king beds, a carriage house with additional bedrooms and kitchen, beach views from all three levels, and grand balconies. The home is within walking distance of the Destin Commons mall, award winning dining, golf, Whole Foods, entertainment and much more.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

Main Home
First Floor: King Bedroom with beach view (sleeps 2), Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room, a 20x10 pool.
Second Floor: King Master Suite with bathroom, tub, balcony and beach view (sleeps 2), Bunk Room with 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4), Shared Bathroom | King Room (sleeps 2).
Third Floor: Loft With King Bed. bathroom with tub and balcony with beach view.
Carriage House
First Floor: Kitchen, living area, and half bath.
Second Floor: Bunk room with 3 Queen beds (sleeps 6), King Bedroom (sleeps 2), Shared bathroom.

Parking - a maximum of 4 vehicles may park at the home. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses or trailers are permitted. No street parking. No vehicles can block the sidewalk or the city will ticket or tow the vehicle.

4 beach chairs are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

**Pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected at time of booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
