The Space:
Down a quiet sandy lane in Wellfleet, through the trees and greenery, sits the Woodland Wonder. Situated directly between the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay the most difficult choice of your vacation may be whether to spend your day at the bay or chilling at the ocean. Beautiful sea-foam blue accents adorn this home as you pull up the driveway. Enter through the living room with beach decor abound. Pass through to the open dining area and kitchen, a great place to eat and whip up a meal.
When it’s time to count sheep, the four bedrooms are evenly split between the two floors. Downstairs, find a bedroom with a queen size bed and another with a king size bed. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with two twin beds and a queen bed.

Outside you’ll find a large deck surrounded by tall trees–ideal for an evening meal or a relaxing cocktail at the end of an exciting day of fun in the sun. Both the front and back yard have plenty of room for yard games to enjoy under the summer sun!

Other amenities include a washer and dryer, propane grill and a spacious outdoor shower. Finally leave the hustle and bustle of the real world and escape to the Cape in your very own Woodland Wonder!

Family vacation

The house was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved that towels and linens were supplied. Outside shower was nice. Dirt road was narrow and rutty. Would have been perfect if it had a second bathroom!

When it listed the property as dog friendly I imagined it would have a fenced in year or the other properties would be farther away… neither were true. It was very clean and the pictures inside were accurate but the pics of outside lead you to believe the yard is fenced in abd that is my only issue, otherwise was great!
