Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis so close to the beach.
This townhouse is perfect for those wanting to relax and holiday, not party. A great getaway only a 3-minute stroll to the patrolled beach and a picturesque 15-minute walk along the sand to the village offering award winning restaurants, cafes, great coffee culture and boutique shopping.

The two bedroom townhouse is one of three in the complex. There is an outdoor area attached to enjoy some quite time under a canape of trees. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean is bliss and makes you want to jump into the waves first thing...

It's an open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a powder room downstairs, a washing machine and detergent for you to use in the laundry opposite.

Please note that the townhouse has a reverse cycle air-conditioning on the first floor to take the nip out of the cold winter mornings or cool down in the hot summer afternoons, the rooms themselves have fans.

You will have the use of the single garage allocated to The Beach House. There are two further car spaces on the premises that are shared between the complex.

Bus stop is just around the corner on David Low Way and Noosa a 10 min drive.

The property has fire alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit for your safety. It is also being sanitized a per health and safety prescriptions.

Great location and host

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for accommodation in Peregian Beach. 5 min walk to the beach, swimming pool and all the necessary amenities you need. Tinka is also a great host, polite and responsive.

Very comfortable and very close to the ocean

Two large lovely bedrooms, so we had one each and enjoyed the Netflix too on a rainy afternoon. Wifi was easy to get started. It was all easy and very comfortable bedsheets too.

Don't stay here - Host is petty and greedy

We stayed there over the Easter period and found the accomodation well appointed with things we need for a beach holiday particularly a well appointed kitchen and lots of towels for the days we enjoy the beach. The location is walkable to a rough beach and we can hear the sound of the ocean from our bedroom. The pool however is not swimmable (not heated) when the weather is mild. We rented it the pool over other other options and regretted it. We could have spent less. The accomodation however, has lots of fragile decorative items that made the stay a little hard with young children. We tried putting everything away but there was a lot candle holders, glass vases, portable mirrors etc. Upon leaving we were notified that our kids broke a portable mirror in the bathroom, a coffee plunger and a wooden pear. She requested for $100 to replace all the items. We then found out from the kids that they broke the glass items and hid it from view and accidentally took the wooden pear. We told the host that we would replace the 3 cup coffee glass plunger and send the wooden pear back. Also include the receipts of the items replace. The host then sent us a receipt of a 8 glass cup coffee plunger (full thing and not just the broken glass) and charged us for the full amount of the mirror but never got the receipt. The 3 cup coffee plunger is worth $40. We are angry that we never got to negotiate the terms of the replacement and $100 was refunded before we can talk it through even though we sent the pear back through express mail. We will not stay there again.
