Guests will love cooking and entertaining in the galley style kitchen, featuring stone benchtops, high end appliances including dishwasher and coffee pod machine and plenty of bench and storage space.

The comfortably furnished and air-conditioned loungeroom offers smart TV and with unlimited Wi-Fi, it is the perfect spot to relaxing after a big day in the sun.

The main bathroom offers walk in shower plus washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Evolve is a well maintained complex featuring a private pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, barbecue area and secure basement parking with clearance height 2.4m.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
