General comments

We found items at the house that were not functioning. - The hot tube was not clean and it never reach a warm temperature. - The pedal boat was broken so we couldn't use it. - The full unit wasn't clean very well - The fridge had a black liquid The communication with the owner was good until the day we stayed. I contacted the owner but no one responded to me ever.

Hello David! -You were there only for a night. We answered about the fridge in less than 30 minutes and you never answered after. We never understood what the issue was even after your stay... -We verified the spa after your stay and someone put it on sleep mode. You never answered our messages about the spa either. A pro team cleans the spa between each reservation. -The pedalos in the garage were attached and not meant to be used. There were broken so we replaced them with other fun water amenities. We are disappointed about your comment because we work really hard to make the cottage the best place to stay! Sorry if you did not have a good experience. We will do better next time. We hope to see you again. Thank you, -Massi's team

Parfait chalet pour groupe!

C’était super! La table de ping-pong, l’énorme télévision intelligente, le grand jacuzzi qui a de la place en masse comme on dit! 14 places pour dormir, deux salles de bain! Vraiment l’endroit parfait pour célébrer quelque chose! Merci au Chalet de Papa, ainsi qu’à Massi et son équipe! On y retournera en été! 🥳❤️

It was nice staying at this place, however there was not proper facilities to use the trassee in all condition. Hope the owner take this to considerations and improve the terasse space. Also the floor was full of ladybugs dead bodies when we entered the location and they were all over the place. It seemed no cleaning was done before we enter!
