Finally, each of the four ensuite bedrooms (two of which are master suites with luxury bathrooms and balcony access) shines with modern coastal décor and designer furnishings. The second level penthouse suite encompasses the entire floor, and its completely private balcony makes it an ideal getaway for multiple families. Sunbathe in the expansive pool deck which seamlessly blends tiered pools (one heated seasonally), two hot tubs, a fire pit, four grills and the untouched natural foliage along the Gulf. To get to the beach, it’s a relaxing stroll on tree covered walks, or for a more unique experience March through October pontoon ferry service is available that will take you to the Gulf where you will find seasonally provided beach service! Plus, a fitness center, an elevator and covered underground parking are yours when you need them. If you decide to venture beyond the gates you can enjoy 30-A’s 16 mile long bike and running path which leads to boutiques, ice cream shops and restaurants or you can hop in the car and visit the famous Seaside five minutes to the east

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
We do not rent to under 25. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. No Pets.

The place was very clean and well stocked. It was very well decorated also. Our family had a blast! The Ice Cream Creamery was a fun place to be at night after dinner.
This condo was perfect in every way - convenient to beach & pools, cleanliness, tasteful decor & comfortable sleeping arrangements. Will definitely stay again & highly recommend!

Two ways to get to the beach offer you flexibility: take the 10 minute scenic boat tour that goes through Big Redfish Lake to the soft sands of the beach or leisurely stroll through the 0.7 mile nature trail to arrive at the beach. Uniquely available to you is the ability to kayak or paddle board in Big Redfish Lake where the water is more calm to enjoy these pursuits. Your amenities include three pools including a seasonally heated pool, a large gas firepit for enjoying evenings gathered together, and a convenient grilling area with four seperate gas grills for your use. The resort has parking in the lot and underground in the garage. A spacious fitness room awaits you and provides two changing rooms complete with restrooms, showers, and shelving for your belongings.
