SUNSET VIEW is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home with plenty of room for the family, accommodates up to 9 guests, only a 10 minute walk/minutes drive to beach.

Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, freestanding oven with ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee machine for ground coffee only (BYO coffee), dining, kids area with small table and 2 chairs, toys, jigsaws, books, dvds, high chair plus booster seat for dining chair, perfect to keep the whole family entertained! lounge area with lounge, coffee table, TV, DVD, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, ceiling fan between lounge and dining, sitting area with 2 x 2 seater cane lounges and coffee table.

Main bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, full size bath, separate w/c. Laundry with sink, top loading washing machine.

Small deck at rear, large undercover area with outdoor table and chairs, hooded bbq, large fully fenced yard

Plenty of room for parking and the boats,

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Point Turton has an excellent boat ramp and jetty for those keen fisherman! There is also a general store where you can buy delicious pastries, take away foods, general grocery items, ice, bait and fuel. You can also enjoy a lovely meal at the Tavern On Turton.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - double plus tri-bunk(double on bottom single on top)

Pillows and quilts will be provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. king bed sheets (top and bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired for a cost of $35 - if you would like to hire please let office staff know.

Family getaway

We had a fabulous time in Point Turton, the house was perfect for us, my son absolutely loved the kids corner, an abundance of toys, puzzles, games, cars, helicopters etc he was in his element. The house was clean, beds comfy, shower was amazing! Huge back yard with plenty of room to kick a ball, my son could ride his bike around, great neighbours, close to amazing beaches, great local hotel, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Work that out for your self on a map.Highly recommend this holiday rental home. Accurately described. Clean & maintained. Manager was very efficient. Very windy during our stay but still plenty to do around the town & area.

Perfect property, perfect location

It was clean, the process was handled extremely well as I booked last minute. Close to Flaherty beach. The locals were kind and talkative. I stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed the beach and the quietness. The property is awesome for a big family or 2 small families
