Regency Place 403, also called the Happiest Hours, is one of Ocean City most spacious ocean block condos with over 1300sq ft of living space, with an indoor pool. This great mid-town location is near The Convention Center, 45th. Street Shopping Center and walking distance to Secrets. The building offers a large living and dining area with an indoor pool, under the building assigned parking, elevator, and a short walk up the sidewalk to the beach with no streets to cross. Two dedicated off-street parking spots, Wi-Fi and 3 TVs and has a full kitchen and washer and dryer to make a memorable vacation with your family. The spacious master bedroom has a King-sized bed and bath. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers a Queen bed and a pyramid of bunk bed that is a double and a single. The second bathroom is in the hall next to the full-size washer and dryer.
This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
