New to market, 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home, close to Craigville Beach!
As you enter this adorable Cape home, you will immediately notice the comfy living room. A wall of windows brings in the natural light. There's plenty of seating, a great place to watch tv with the family, read a book or play some board games. There's a spacious dining table to enjoy all your meals. the kitchen is right off of the living room, it's fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all your favorite meals.
Walk down the hall where you'll find a full bath with a tub/shower unit. Beyond the bathroom is the main floor bedroom with a queen size bed, bureau and a flat screen tv. Across from the main bedroom is a brand new half bath with a new washer and dryer.
Head up the stairs where you'll find a bedroom with 2 twin beds. There's another bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen tv on the second floor.
All the bedrooms are decorated with bright beachy colors.
On the side of the house there's a fully enclosed brand new outside shower, there's nothing like a outside shower after your day at the beach!
The outside patio area is a great place to hang out. There's a dining table with an umbrella to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or hamburgers and hotdogs on the gas grill. There's 2 chaise lounges to relax on after a long day at the beach. A firepit completes this backyard, sit around the fire and toast marshmallows'.
