The hosts are so lovely to deal with and nothing was a Hassel. The house was accomodating for our large group and had all the creature comforts of home. The beds are very comfy. Needs some maintenance but all in all, just nice.

Wonderful house.

This was a beautiful house. Had everything that we needed and a lot more. Was great dealing with the owner. Definitely recommend staying here and will love to stay here again.

Fantastic property

The house catered fantastically for 8 adults , with plenty of room. It was modern and excellently presented. The location is a short walk down to great coffee, breakfast and Pizza. The curtesy bus from Catalina club was a short few minute drive away. Highly recommended, we only used a small part of what the house offered.

Lovely Get Away

The house was large and had more than enough room for the eight of us. There are a lot of nice beaches that are a short drive away. The cafe down the road has great food. Short drive into Batemans Bay for shopping and food. The boys found some wonderful fishing spots and did a fishing trip which was a lot of fun and we had a good feed of fresh fish that night. We had some rainy days but you cannot control the weather. We all had a great time away.

A few household items such as door handles and cupboards where broken and need replacement. Outdoor area and balconies was abit of a mess, leaves and tree branches needed to be cleaned away. Would be nice to have them swept away and would have presented the house better. Pool queues were broken and need replacement and noting the fishing rod reel needs replacement as there was no handle. Coffee machine has sachets, but they are the incorrect type for the machine. Other than, that we had a good stay.

Both sliding doors to the balconies were broken so we ended up with mozzies, partly due to a large pot filled with black water in the yard. The BBQ was filthy, rusted and had rat droppings on it. The couch had crumbs under all the cushions. It was disappointing there was no sugar for coffee and a few other issue plagued our stay.
