Villa Tahiti a gorgeous, new construction situated on an eastern facing canal in the highly sought after SW Cape. The home is centrally located and just a quick drive to Ft. Myers Downtown, ten minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of a pristine, well designed vacation home. This beautifully decorated rental features 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Twins, Full size futon couch in 3rd Twin bedroom) and 2 full bathrooms as well as a designated office.
Villa Tahiti can comfortably accommodate six guests with ample room to entertain more people. For your convenience, all essentials are included: fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels, iron & ironing board, and more. The interior boasts a light and spacious modern design complete with an open floor plan. From the kitchen there is access to the dining and living room with seating for six at the breakfast bar. The dedicated office with a desk lets you work in piece if need be and the wireless internet offers quick connection for all your electronic needs.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, al fresco dining (outdoor dining for twelve), entertaining, and swimming in the heated, saltwater pool. There are also two lounge chairs, two Adirondack chairs, and a lounge bed for two near the pool.
Four beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are there for you to take on your next trip to the beach! At no additional cost Netflix, TV, onsite laundry, two bikes.
Villa Tahiti truly has it all and is just a thirty-five minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. With over four-hundred miles of canals, a plethora of restaurants, nature reserves, and nearby beach towns, this location offers a wide range of activities to suit every guest.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Tahiti so much.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Tahiti so much. The only thing we would recommend looking into is the strength of the Wi-Fi. It seemed to just drop or cut off every so often. When you are mostly using streaming services, it freezes the shows often. But this was no big deal to us but I can imagine other people may care. We did not have much interaction with the team directly. But we had no issues and the one message we sent to the property manager was answered promptly and kindly.
