Summary:
Pets Welcome! $75 per pet
Tucked away on a hill in a remote street is our peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home away from home. Here you’ll find room to breathe, plenty of natural light, and just a touch of what’s familiar. We’ve made a peaceful place for you to relax, so you can focus on the next adventure. Even try out the outdoor shower! Why pile everyone into a hotel room (or two) when you can breathe the mountain air without stepping on any toes? Great fenced-in backyard that is perfect for your four-legged family as well!

The Space:
Asheville promises stunning natural beauty, delicious local food and beverages, and a thriving arts culture. You’re going to want to take it all in, kick back, and stay awhile. Our 3 bedroom home is perfect for large groups or families who want to be close to everything, but with plenty of room for everyone.

Stay with us, and you will be just 20 mins from Asheville’s lively downtown with easy access to the Biltmore. Downtown Weaverville is also just a 20 min drive. Our quiet retreat is ideal for shorter trips looking to add a lot of value, or long getaways with worry-free rest and easy accommodations.

Walk into the home, and you are immediately surrounded by stylish, minimal decor, comfortable furniture, and a touch of the familiar. We want your stay with us to be as peaceful as possible, so we’ve furnished our home with comfortable, furniture in soothing colors and textures.

Asheville is a destination for adventure seekers. We welcome you into our spacious home with plenty of room to stash your gear while you’re here. Whether you take in the fall foliage in Pisgah National Forest or take a short drive to Brevard to chase waterfalls in DuPont State Forest, you can rest assured knowing you have a comfortable place to retreat once you leave the peaks. We have 3 beds ready for your post-adventure nap so there’s no need to crowd everyone into one hotel room. You and your tribe will each have a space to call their own.

Grab a bag of locally roasted coffee from Pennycup or Dynamite and enjoy it on the deck in our quiet neighborhood. For the foodies, feel free to explore all of Asheville’s local restaurants and cafes. If you prefer to cook at home, our kitchen is ready and waiting to fix up a hearty meal made with local produce from the Farmers Market.

While you’re here, we highly recommend a brewery tour at New Belgium, Highland Brewing, or Sierra Nevada. You’re only minutes away. If you happen to bring back a six pack or two, you’ll have plenty of space in the fridge to store it!

With room enough for 6 and easy access to the very best Asheville has to offer, this home is a perfect choice for your next mountain retreat.

Guest Access:
We provide guests with the code to the keypad on the front door to have easy access to come and go at your leisure. The guests have access to the whole house with the exception of some closets that are locked with owner storage.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located on a quiet gravel road within 20 minutes of downtown Asheville. You are 15 mins to interstate 26.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available to answer questions about the area or offer suggestions on how to spend your time in Asheville. Feel free to reach out via email or text message as well.

A perfect place to rest
We loved the cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was super easy. We didn’t find a note book or anything with instructions, so we winged it. Typically a VRBO owner has a list of check-out procedures, but we didn’t find anything. We left it tidy, with a decent tip for the maid, so I hope that was okay. It was refreshing not to have to begin laundry or take trash out upon checking out. Thanks for having us as your guests.

Short trip
We stayed here for a quick trip to the mountains to attend a wedding. It was in the perfect location for what we needed. The cabin was roomy and had all the amenities that we could ask for. The only downside is that the master bedroom mattress was extremely hard and was a memory foam that made I hard to get out of.

Not As Advertised
Couldn't enter home per instructions. The code provided didn't work. Had to hunt down PM to get another code. Once we got in found home wasn't very clean. We paid extra for our dog, but there were clear signs of previous pet. Bed linens were disgusting. We washed everything before using the beds. Food from previous occupants on floor. Dishes were greasy and the kitchen was not well stocked. The view was not a pristine mountain view, as described. The location was good and the overall property was nice.

Fall Get-A-Way
We traveled to Asheville to enjoy the Land Rover Experience at Biltmore (which was fantastic) and decided to spend extra time at this cabin. The cabin was gorgeous, beautifully built, decor was comfortable, super clean, lovely view of trees, and a great location. We rated 4/5 because while we appreciated the property being pet-friendly, we didn't feel safe allowing our 12 yr old english lab in the back yard. The yard is extremely steep, with gravel, wet leaves and uneven stairs & handrails, it was an accident waiting to happen.

Aheville getaway
The cabin was beautiful and so comfortable. The view from the deck was incredible. Our dog, Murphy, loved roaming around in the fenced in backyard. Asheville was a short 20 minute drive from the cabin. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Peace and Quiet - close to Asheville!
We picked this house because of it's location and fenced yard for our dog. The house is beautiful - new, well appointed, and has a nice floor plan, and very clean! We had to go to the lower level to let the dog out, but he's a young dog and doesn't mind doing the steps. The backyard is huge. We enjoyed the swinging chairs on the lower deck. The location is great - super quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Asheville to get great food and enjoy the town. Huge TV in living room with Roku and lots of options. Excellent air conditioning. Very comfortable bed in Master Bedroom. Porches are shaded in afternoon, making it comfy to sit outside for meals or coffee and enjoy the solitude. A really relaxing stay!

Great getaway cabin close to Asheville
Great cabin, lots of room, very clean, great for kids, with an easy check-in/out process. Staying here, you’re not far from downtown, the Biltmore, the Grove Park and lots that the mountains have to offer. The only draw back is a couple local roosters that would start crowing around 5am.

Wonderful cabin near Asheville
We had a wonderful 5 nights in this lovely, comfortable, well-appointed cabin. We had 3 couples in our group, and we all had plenty of space and privacy, while also finding plenty of space to hang out together including 2 family rooms and 2 decks with plenty of seating on the upper & lower levels. We also appreciated all the details that make a stay extra comfortable, including charging stations on bedside tables, plenty of towel racks and hooks, drip & Keurig coffee makers, electric kettle, and all soaps and paper products. Beds were very comfortable. The house sits atop a hillside with lovely views off the back decks, and is an easy 20 drive to Asheville activities including the Biltmore and the River Arts District. We will definitely return to this lovely property.
