Recently renovated in July of 2024, featuring new cabinets, vanities, countertops, appliances, fixtures, doors and painted throughout. Spend your vacation on the beach, at the beautiful Maui Sunset complex, where our lovely, one bedroom condo is located. Take a relaxing stroll through the exceptionally manicured, tropical grounds. Relax in the roomy hot tub or do some laps in the large pool, that is heated in the winter months. Socialize with other grill masters, as you use one of the six, cleaned daily, gas barbecues. Enjoy meals on your lanai, while you capture spectacular sunsets. A five minute walk takes you to the beach, where you can stroll, swim or watch for whales and turtles. The tour desk at the pool can help you with day trip planning. They also rent stand-up paddle boards. Free putters, shuffleboard cues, tennis and pickleball rackets are available at the pool for use on site or at nearby courts. There is a well-equipped gym and lending library.
Our unit is in the A building on the third floor about midway up the property. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a king size bed in the bedroom. There is a queen sofa bed and a single daybed in the living room. Our unit comfortably sleeps a family of five. There are two bathrooms. One with a tub/shower and one with a shower. We supply board games, beach chairs, beach towels and coolers for your use. WIFI and cable TV are complementary. Two supermarkets are within a twenty minute walk and there are numerous restaurants in the area. Many guests return to the Maui Sunset year after year. You won’t be disappointed!
