Aptly named, "Sea la Vie" means "Sea Life" or Life at the Beach. This beautifully upgraded three bed, two and a half bath duplex home is nestled in a small, quiet community. Bright, open floor plan allows plenty of sunshine and space to socialize. Relax by the pool after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a bug-free oasis on the screened porch, or grill out on the open deck. First floor bedroom is situated as a private suite with personal full bathroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs share a second full bathroom. Picnic area out back, community pool just steps out front, you won't run out of things to do! Hosting a group requiring even more space? Rent Sea La Vie's sister, 'Seas The Day', just next door!

We absolutely love this rental! My husband and I come down once a year and intentionally stay at different houses. We have never stayed at a house that had a pool option. My mother in law and brother in law also stayed with us. It was perfect, if my mother in law wasn't up to go to the beach she could hang out by the pool. The house was beautifully furnished and spacious. Grateful this beautiful house!!! We will definitely stay at this house again.

Pros: great location, community pool, quiet & quaint. Cons: the beds were extremely uncomfortable, outside areas weren’t the best (back and front porches). Overall a 7 out of 10. Had a great time and love Chincoteague!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only major complaint is that the two full sized beds were unbelievably firm (I like a firm mattress but these were like rocks). Property was clean and quiet and well located.

We loved the location and the house was well equipped. We had an issue with the trash cans (raccoons) and someone came immediately with a new and bigger one that kept them out. He responded so quickly and we really appreciated it! We visit Chincoteague almost every year and would definitely stay here again.

we love Chincoteague and always rent through Chincoteague Resort Realty company. This was our first stay renting Sea La Vie and the house was WONDERFUL. clean, quiet and just big enough for our group of 4, but could comfortably accommodate one more person. any more than 4 adults and it will get cramped. the community pool was a huge bonus that we throughly enjoyed in the evenings since the water was warm. will be renting again for sure!!!

The property was "As Listed" in the pictures. Except, I couldn't get the gas fireplace to light or the Roku in the living room to work. Those were important when we wanted to try and relax in the living room; however not so big to interfere with our stay.

Nice family spot

This property was very nice, perfect for our long weekend, my parents rented the attached condo which made it convenient and fun. It was spacious and decor was very cute. The only disappointing aspect was that the listing photos imply that this pair of condos has a pool in the backyard (it could have been just my misunderstanding) but it is a communal pool for everyone in the complex. We enjoyed our stay here!
