This wonderfully designed, elevated 4Br beach house features brand new luxury beds and bedding combined with several relaxing zones for that dreamy, chill stay.

Inside the house the northerly aspect is designed to enjoy the views of a secluded, private Moonah garden with extensive decking, separate dining, kitchen and lounge rooms. In the lounge room, you will enjoy a very comfy wrap around couch which welcomes you to free TV content via the 65" TV, delivered through your premium wi-fi internet.

Each of the 4Br bedrooms feature new queen sized beds for that insanely comfortable sleep and great wardrobe storage for your clothes during your stay. The master bedroom also features an ensuite and desk/chair for any remote working you may need to do.

The well appointed kitchen includes quality stove/cooktop, coffee making machine, cocktail or smoothy blender and full compliment of cooking utensils, which can be guided by your Google Hub for that special menu and recipe. Coffee and tea are also provided in combination with your complimentary sparkling wine.

The outside spaces are enjoyed by the extension of a huge double-deck, umbrella and 10 person dining table with new BBQ for entertaining family and guests. Another relaxation sun deck with day-bed provides added privacy which is complimented by outdoor hot/cold shower facilities to wash away the days beach activities.

Close enough for a short stroll to Dimmick's Beach and all the Rye back-beaches, the region is famous for spectacular views, awesome walks and notable surfing. This home provides the classic peninsula escape with secure garden surrounds for extra privacy.

Beautiful getaway
Amazing house perfect for my family and dog. Plenty of room yet fely cozy and very comfortable. Beds were excellent and the kitchen well furbished with all we needed. We couldn't fault anything about this gorgeous property. Especially the communication with the hosts. Thank you we will ve back.
