It comes with a fully stocked kitchen and has all the essentals to make your stay comfortable and easy. Entry requires stairs. Home is located on 2nd and 3rd floors with private ground level entry.

Lovely, clean and convenient

The condo was just as described, had all the necessary amenities and then some, and was conveniently located to campus where my conference was. It was a safe and secure place to stay. I appreciated being able to park in a gated parking lot and the entire property was fenced, which was ideal since I was traveling alone. I highly recommend the condo!

Texas Tech Visit

We had a wonderful visit to Texas tech, and Carie‘s townhome was perfect! It was clean, close enough to walk to great restaurants and campus. She was so helpful and even left us welcome muffins!

Clean, Convenient, and Comfortable

This property was perfect for our game weekend with family. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the football stadium, yet is still in a quiet gated community. The property is clean, simple, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are welcoming and accessible. This will, for sure, be our “go to” place when visiting our daughter at Tech.
