This home, renovated to new in 2020 is self-contained with kitchen, open plan living and dining area, full laundry and oversized double lock up garage with remote

A bonus for this property is the quiet and private large deck which over looks rolling green hills.
A short 12 minute drive to popular coffee shops, butcher, newsagent and restaurants.
The Space:
This newly renovated home is a true treasure, with country views as far as the eye can see, with the bonus of being in town, a very short drive to the city centre.
This home is warm, sun filled and cosy, furnished with very unique furniture throughout. There is a small fire pit outside for you to enjoy, a great area to enjoy the smell of a roaring fire, whilst taking in the fresh air.
There is also a huge timber deck at the front of the property, which over looks the rolling green hills, a perfect spot to sit at the end of the day and enjoy a beverage.
There is a weber BBQ also located on the deck if you choose to stay in.
There is a cosy sun room, the bonus of this room is it overlooks the timber deck. This is a great place to sit in by the warmth, whilst sill being able to enjoy the views if you choose.
There are three additional bedrooms within this property, which can be requested at additional costs.
A delicious local gourmet breakfast hamper can be provided to properly, upon arrival. Please message to enquire on the costs associated for this.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood around this property is very quiet, this home is located on a 5 hectare property shared with another detached residence approximately 300 metres away.
It’s a very short 12 minute drive to the popular cafes, as well as greengate shopping centre which includes a newsgancy, butcher, hairdresser, takeaway food and a local grocer. All you need is within a stone throw of this property. It is also very close to the centre of town, with the bonus of a rural country getaway.
Getting Around:
Orange has a variety of public transport options, including local Taxi service, Uber or buses to transport you to your destinations.
Other Things to Note:
65 inch smart tv in both living area and bedroom.
Laundry with washing machine and detergent available to use during your stay, as well as an inside dryer and outside clothesline.

All check in details are messaged to guests prior to arrival. I am however always available to call if need be, throughout the entire stay.
