Binxs Cottage is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath family-owned vacation home that is designed for 8, but can accommodate up to 10! Located in Bracebridge Ontario and offers a variety of amenities

20 minutes away from the town of Bracebridge and Gravenhurst which offers many amazing attractions such as Santa's Village, Walking trails, restaurants, bike trails,boat cruises, and many more. Be sure to check out our things to do page for a full list of activities

2 hours from Toronto and 1 hour away from Barrie

Enjoy large outdoor patio with amazing view of Muskoka Lake and open view of the Muskoka star filled sky

State-of-the-art BBQ set and plenty of seating to accommodate all guests

Private Game Room equipped with a pool table that converts to a ping pong table

Board games to keep your family entertained during those rainy days

large spacious kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, and full utensil set!

Access to kayaks, paddle boat, life jackets, inflatable water toys, playground for kids sandbox, private fire pit surrounded with trees and the Lakeview
(we have a lot of life jackets in different sizes but if you're coming with a child or need a special size we do encourage you to bring your own)

In the winter lake Muskoka freezes into 18 km long ice skating rink that is just steps away from the front door, propane fire pit, and snow shoes for winter activities provided

we take the call 2 covid action seriously we want to ensure that all guests feel safe and welcome to take full advantage of our facility we did so by doing the following

- Cottage maximum capacity of 10 guests
-We've invested in heavy sanitization equipment, before every new group of gas enters the facility we sanitize all major areas such as couches, chairs, door handles, toilets,showers faucets, tables, kayaks and paddles
-free complimentary hand sanitizer at all entrances and we make sure that all bathrooms are fully stocked with hand soap
-we will no longer be providing towel and bed linens we require that our guests bring their own we can provide Linens per request for an additional cost of $110
