We really enjoyed the location in the building. It was just above the splash pad and beach entrance which wasn’t disruptive or loud at all with the sound proofing patio doors. We could enjoy people watching, communicate easily with each other via balcony. The pool was so cool and refreshing. We had great access in and out of the building. We enjoyed the beach decor and nice /simple space. We had the perfect trip, thank you!

Family beach trip

We had a blast, the condo was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed for a successful beach trip. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The pictures were a little misleading. The reason we chose the rim was the indoor pool. While yes, we could use it, it was located in another building that you had to walk to in the rain or drive to. While trying to find out about hurricane readiness, my messages were not answered in a timely manner. The room had a great view and was clean. The master room did have a leak in the ceiling near the closet. The dryer didn't dry the clothes good.

Gulf Coast World Series Getaway

Perfect Family Vacation

This condo was so conveniently located to the beach and everything in town. We have two, young children, who loved everything about this location. They could enjoy time on the beach, but also swim in the pool and play in the splash pad. This condo was absolutely perfect, and everything we needed for our stay.

Exciting Adventure

Looked just like advertised. The hide-a-bed needs replaced. We tried everything to get the tv in the living room to work. Thank you Youngs for your prompt response. Even though you couldn’t get it working. We all tried!! Thank you for unclogging the bathroom. Very quick service. We enjoyed our stay. The Blue Angels fly-by topped it off!
