About this property

Comfortable, attractive Greens Landing Apartment

Enjoy staying at a comfortable self-contained apartment 6 minutes walk from central Taupo and 5 minutes from the nearest boat ramp or small beach. Suitable for small family group (4) using upstairs or extended family group or friends downstairs (another 2). Sleeps maximum of 6. Sit on the sunny deck enjoying a barbecue while watching the kids play cricket on the expanse of lawn. Our Body Corporate has stated that our place is not suitable for parties as we are in a quiet area. There are only 2 car parks directly outside our apartment. Any extra cars can be parked on street. We look forward to hearing from you!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, with nice sheets ,comfy beds and nice decor too. A bit out of the centre of town so we drove rather than walked. We went for a lovely swim off the jetty too.

Great location, lovely and clean and everything you would want. Could have done with some wine glasses as only small tumblers supplied.

Thank you for your positive review. The wine glasses are in cupboard on lounge side of bench. There is small wine tumblers which are a type of wine glass and are marketed as such. Less breakages. However I can appreciate many like long stem wine glasses. We will buy a set next time we are at Taupo.

Great priced property for a large group, short drive to town. Property was a little difficult to find initially, think mention needs to be made of separate entrance for the down stairs bedroom, would be great if travelling with teenagers.

Best little accomm in Taupō

Loved our stay, great communication. Quiet, very tidy and very clean, comfortable and warm whare. Very close to town (approx 4 min walk). Everything we needed was available in the property. Very cheap for what you got. Would definately reccommend to others as everything you needed was provided.

It was really clean and inviting. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds are clean and comfortable and it has a deck to sit out on in the afternoon sun. Because it has an interesting way to get to the lower bedroom and shower i wouldn't recommend for people with very young children but maybe ages 10 upwards its fine. 100% would recommend and look forward to staying again.

Beautiful comfortable bach

I loved this bach! It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with high end appliances and a lovely kitchen. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and it had a lovely view of the Waikato River from the front deck and garden. It had a heat pump for cold days and smaller heaters in the bedrooms. We also loved the DVD player and watching old DVD's on it on rainy days.

Hi could you please tell me which bedroom. The heaters we have bought are bought from Briscoes and they must pass NZ safety rating. They were top of the range However they are no fixed to wall which is quite common in Nz.

Plenty of space for a family of six

The property is accurately explained and has most of the things you may require to cook and get by. We didn’t use the BBQ, but noticed there is one on the deck. The two single beds on the ground floor are only accessible via a seperate external entry door, unless you want to venture down an internal hatch door with a ladder. I didn’t, but my teenagers had no issue and thought it was novel. It’s a nice spot and communication from the host was helpful.

Loved the location. So easy to walk to town. Great view from the balcony. Well appointed kitchen for cooking meals. Lots of DVDs to choose from. Found unit to be generally clean but could really use a deep clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. Use of ladder wasn't ideal but we just went outside and went in the door there.
