The Space:
This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay:

Getting Around:
Most attractions are easily accessible by foot or are a quick uber ride away. Easy access to the metro, major thoroughfares, businesses, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests


No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Parking not guaranteed!
Although included parking is implied in the listing, any potential guests should keep in mind that the the parking is NOT necessarily included. We arrived to find that the lot adjacent to the hotel had been chained off for expensive event parking, the alternative street parking was already full, and the attached garage was inaccessible. We called support, but they informed us there was simply nothing they could do and offered no compensation, forcing us to find paid parking a significant distance away out of out own pockets. Considering the included parking was the entire reason we booked this location to begin with, we were extremely disappointed, and I think it goes without saying that renting out your lot to make extra money at the expense of guests is a scummy decision by the administration. The room itself was fine, but I couldn't help but feel like we'd been scammed regardless.

Not what I expected. Not clean and smelled
The entryway of the building smelled horrible like cigarettes and urine. The wood flooring in the hallway was broken up worse than a shipwreck and I thought that my son and I would fall through. The apartment layout and brick walls were nice. However, it was not as clean as it should be. Especially for the high cleaning fee charged. The maid is ripping them off. There were dust bunnies everywhere. Piles of dust, dried up food droppings on the floor. A,so the upkeep and maintenance of the apartment was poor. There were holes in the walls, fixtures hanging, flooring issues, etc. Also, the TV did not work and since I was traveling with my 11yr old son, that was a major issue. I called the service and it took the whole day to come and fix it. I took pics of the issues in the apartment but I don’t see a place to upload them. It was close to City Museum so that was good.

Perfect placement
You won't find a better placed spot than this. It's the perfect distance from everything. Overall. It's a pretty nice loft. I recommend the stay.
