Relax in the comforts fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and complimentary coffee! If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then you may want to look elsewhere. But if you are looking for an authentic experience in a historic factory, this is for you!

The Space:
This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay:

- Complimentary Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, where available.

The Adler Annex is located amongst numerous creative businesses including photographer studios, ad agencies, and graphic designers. Guests will enjoy many popular restaurants and entertainment destinations near The Adler Annex.

Getting Around:
Most attractions are easily accessible by foot or are a quick uber ride away. Easy access to the metro, major thoroughfares, businesses, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.

Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

Cozy Suites Downtown St Louis
This property was perfect for our stay in downtown St. Louis. Quick walk to the places we wanted to go or a quick drive. The building was secure and the unit had everything we needed.
