2BR /2BA Family Vacation Home with WiFi

Casa Oso 2 is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house located in El Dorado Ranch. You have full access to all the amenities the community of El Dorado Ranch has to offer. Enjoy the amazing sun rises and sun sets from your roof top deck while you drink a cool beverage.

This home is on the West Side of the San Felipe Mexicali Highway 5.  See location on map.  

The rental comfortably sleeps four guests.  If you bring an airbed, two more guests may be accommodated for a maximum occupancy of six guests.

One towel per guest provided.  Please bring your beach and pool towels

Monthly Rentals:  Utilities extra

Check-in House: 3PM - 8PM.  We close at 8PM.  After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee

Maximum occupancy 6 guests.
This rental comes with 4 pool passes only!
If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Resort Pass and Swimming Pool Pass

This resort requires guests to have passes to access the resort and pools
The passes are only issued directly to guests - This requires guest to visit one more office after check-in
Regular hours for issuing passes to guest is between 8AM - 4:30PM
If you arrive after 4:30PM, we check-you in as usual, but you will need to go to resort office the next day to pick up your passes.
If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will not be able to use the swimming pool on arrival day because you won't have the required passes. You can use the pool once you pick up your passes the following day.
Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM

Check-in after 8PM is $25 extra.

Good stay

The house was very good condition and clean. Bed and furnishings we're comfortable. Kitchen was open with prep space. The stove burner electric igniter did not work so there are short matches to ignite but long neck matches or a barbecue grill type lighter are needed. We did have an ant problem in the kitchen and a message to property management was quickly responded to with an exterminator arriving. Problem solved. Outdoor furnishings need to be updated. The roof is nice but there's no seating there and one plastic stackable chair we could bring up. A small bistro type table and a couple heavy chairs would be welcomed. The property management needs to leave additional garbage can liners. We were staying for a week and one small garbage can was not going to last. We asked for more and some were left on the porch but it would be preemptive to have the liners in a drawer to pull when needed. We booked through VRBO and the advertised per night rate was good but the other fees added are excessive. Beware and read thoroughly what you're paying for because the per night rate VRBO pushes is deceptive.
