This particular unit is located on the top floor of a gorgeous condominium building.  This condo is steps from the beach, and the views of the white sandy beaches and the crystal-clear waters from the home are amazing.  Outside, there is a two-car garage that is shared by other guests in the building. There is also plenty of additional parking on the street out front.  This community is located close to amazing local restaurants, plenty of shopping centers, great fishing spots, and of course the beach.  Whether you need to make a quick run for some groceries or want to buy souvenirs for friends and family back home, you’re never far away from a local store that provides all of your needs. When you are planning a family beach day, it is easy to pack up and head down to the gorgeous Sea of Cortez that is just steps from your front door. Our rental offices are just North of town, so if you need directions, recommendation for a great place to eat, or have questions about the home, we are nearby and ready to help you.

The first thing you'll notice when you walk in the door is the spacious living room. You may think you are looking at a painting of the ocean, but really it is a large window with an amazing view!  The blue sky melts into the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez, and mountain ranges can be seen in the background. It is an unbelievable view that makes a great backdrop for family vacation photos.  The living room has two comfortable sofas in front of a large screen TV.

A comfortable breakfast nook is located right off of the living room. A large, glass, round table has enough seating for four. It is a great place to have breakfast in the morning and enjoy the beautiful view of the water.  The breakfast nook then effortlessly flows into a fully furnished kitchen. It has everything the modern family needs to prepare meals for the whole family at home.  The spacious kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and two large sinks for easy cleanup.  There is also an elevated table in the kitchen with enough seating for eight. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the cookware, and utensils your hungry family will need.  Some families prefer to eat at the kitchen table, others like to spread out between the breakfast nook in the living room, and others like take their food outdoors for a family meal on the balcony.  There is also a charcoal barbecue for you to use, so you can change things up a bit and do a barbecue dinner out on the balcony one night while you’re here.

After eating, shopping, dancing, fishing, and relaxing all day, you'll be thankful for a spacious and clean place to come home and sleep. This three-bedroom home sleeps 12 people comfortably. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, and has a gorgeous dresser and vanity set with plenty of storage. The second bedroom has two queen beds, multiple dressers for you to store your personal things, and a private bathroom. This bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity area. A second family bathroom is located right in between the second and third bedroom and also has a walk-in shower. Be prepared to run straight to the third bedroom and claim it as your own! The third bedroom also has two queen beds, but the view from this bedroom makes it one of the most popular places in the home. You’ll never want to get out of bed with a view like this!

The private balcony spans the entire rear of the unit, and is a great place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and catch views of the fishermen heading out to sea.  You will have a lot of fond memories of your San Felipe vacation to tell friends and family back home. Whether you choose to start or end your day here, it is a quiet and relaxing place that you are sure to love.
