The living room transitions effortlessly into the impressive gourmet kitchen. With dramatic stone columns, granite countertops, beautifully tiled floors, and exposed wood-beam ceilings, this beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The kitchen features custom cabinets, and extended snack bar with high-top seating, and all of the kitchen gadgets and accessories you need to feel right at home. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a large sink with chrome features, and open views into the rest of the house come together for a kitchen the family chef will fall in love with. Standing at the kitchen sink, you can look out over the snack bar and into the formal dining area. This open floor plan allows guests to spread out between all of the common areas while still feeling close and connected.

The main dining room is a beautiful addition to this recently upgraded home. The large square dining room table provides seating for eight. A large sliding glass door leads from the dining room out to be outdoor entertainment area.

Off of the kitchen, you will find two main bedrooms. The first bedroom to the right of the kitchen features a King size bed, tiled floors, flat screen TV, and two reclining leather chairs. This master suite offers private access out to the waterfront patio. This master suite has a gorgeous, spa-inspired private bathroom. This bathroom is complete with an open stone shower, separate soaking tub, beautiful vanity area with his and hers sinks, and plush towels.

Directly across the hall from this master bedroom is a second bedroom. This cozy room features a King size bed, locally inspired artwork, and name brand linens. This bedroom also has its own bathroom, complete with an open-faced walk-in shower, toilet and single sink.

A small hallway off of the main dining room area leads to the remaining bedrooms. As you head down the hall, you will find a half bathroom on your left, followed by a spacious bedroom. This bedroom features a Queen size bed, classic wood nightstands, bedside tables, a small corner sitting area, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the beachside patio. The views from this bedroom are breathtaking and create a relaxing and tranquil space to fall asleep. Directly adjacent to this bedroom is a second living area. This quiet lounge area features two plush armchairs in front of a sleek wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This is an excellent place for kids to watch their favorite shows while the adults enjoy Margaritas, chips and salsa, and their favorite movies out in the main living room. A half bathroom is located right off of this secondary living room and is complete with toilet, single vanity area, and open-faced stone shower. This small hallway wraps around towards the back of the house and into the final bedroom. This spacious room features a plush Queen size bed, beautifully tiled floors, and plenty of storage space for your clothing and personal belongings. A beautiful wooden door on the other side of this hallway leads from the house down into the private garage. This two-car garage with beautifully tiled floors also features a private washer and dryer and laundry sink.

One of the highlights of this home is the beautiful beachfront entertainment area. This red stone private patio overlooks the beach and features multiple lounge areas for ultimate outdoor entertainment. Brew some coffee in the coffee maker in the kitchen and bring it outside to the patio to enjoy each morning. Sit on the beautifully tiled stone picnic table overlooking the water, and take in the sights and sounds of the ocean first thing in the morning. Pop open the large green outdoor umbrella to provide shade during the afternoon. As the sun goes down, bring your favorite drinks and sit around the gorgeous stone fire pit.
