Welcome to our charming mountain Chalet nestled in the serene Eidelweiss Village of Madison, NH! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of entertainment including a pool table and two arcades, it's perfect for families. Only minutes away from Conway, NH, there's something for everyone year-round, from swimming and skiing to shopping at local outlets. We can't wait for you to experience all the fun!

A fully stocked kitchen is available, but if you want to eat out there are plenty of nearby restaurants with enough variety for everyone! Warm up with the easy-to-use fireplace on colder days, and in the summer months enjoy the large deck, gas grill, and serenity of the wooded lot

The Space:
* This is not a pet-friendly home (owners are highly allergic)
* There are three queen beds- one in each of the 3 bedrooms, and one queen sleeper sofa in the loft (a total of 4 queen beds)
* MAXIMUM OF *6* ADULTS
* A bunk bed is a double and twin (TOP BUNK FOR CHILDREN ONLY)
* 1 full bathroom, 2 -¾ bathrooms
* Gas fireplace
* Gas outdoor grill (summer only)
* Outdoor Fire pit is available April- November

Located on hilly/dirt roads- WILL NEED A VEHICLE THAT CAN NAVIGATE THESE ROADS IN THE WINTER, such as 4WD

* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* When you make a reservation for this property, you authorize the property manager to employ a third-party service for identity verification and criminal background checks to confirm your booking. The property manager can furnish detailed terms related to guest screening upon request. You may receive an email to complete the screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact us if you have any questions
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver's license). This does not include minor children traveling with their parents/guardians.
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* There is a 24-hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Perfect location, near to activities for the very active and/or fairly passive. Well represented in pictures and description. Loved firepit and deck. Very well supplied kitchen. Plenty of space to get together or have several activities at once.

A Great Space for Family Vacation

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Edelweiss Village with this as our home base. House was clean and well layed out for a group of 10 (6 kids; 6 adults). Great deck, large recreation space, and access to beaches. There was also a great spot with a fantasitc view of the ponds a quick minute ride (or walk) up the hill. Only complaint is that the online listing implied there was a room with a queen and a set of bunks, which was not the case. Three bedrooms had queen beds, fourth bedroom had twin over full bunks. We had to revise our plan of who was sharing with who -- but with a little flexibily from the kids, it worked out fine.

Overnight with Work Peeps

I booked this home to stay at overnight while working on a Habitat for Humanity project in Freedom, NH, along with co-workers. The house lived up to our expectations and we had a blast staying in after a day of working and cooking a delicious home-cooked dinner and then enjoying the billiards table and arcade games in the finished basement.

Excellent place to stay with plenty of room for everyone

We loved this property. We had 6 adults, 4 kids and it was very comfortable. The house was clean and warm. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space to relax. The location was ideal for us. We had easy access to skiing as well as downtown shops. Everyone in our group agreed that we’ll be looking to book the place again next year.
