Ski Getaway! Dog Friendly w/ Hot Tub& Pellet Stove

Welcome to Aspenhaus Chalet, your picturesque retreat in the White Mountains, offering convenient proximity to several private lake beaches in Eidelweiss village, all just a brief 5-minute stroll away! Immerse yourself in the allure of our chalet-style haven, perfectly nestled in the midst of nature's splendor. Experience tranquility by the lakeside, where not just one, but multiple beaches beckon, including the welcoming shores of Silver Lake State Park Beach in Madison.

The Space:
Pets: Dogs permitted (must be approved)
Home Info: 4 bedrooms with 3 full-size beds and 1 bunk bed (2 twins).

Outside Amenities:
The hot tub is on the top deck, and on the other side of the deck is a propane grill (propane is provided) and a propane fire pit that is easy to use- no firewood needed!

On the lower deck there are porch swings and an outdoor shower, soap and shampoo are provided in the containers attached to the wall.

Porch Swings: Please enjoy the swings and use them wisely. Children should not be left unattended on swings. Adults over 200 lbs should refrain from using the macrame swing.

* Cranmore Mountain: 23 minutes
* King Pine Ski area: 13 minutes 
* Edelweiss Beaches: The closest beach is the one that you pass on your way in. There are 3 other beaches in Eidelweiss.
* Cathedral Ledge/Echo Lake: 19 Minutes
* Diana's Baths: 22 Minutes


WHAT WE PROVIDE:
* The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests
* A/C is available in the summer 
* Dog-friendly, maximum of two dogs, must be pre-approved
* Free 100mbps high-speed internet
* Linens are provided. Towels and facecloths (1 per guest) are provided.
* Coffee: There is a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot. A few K cups are provided. * Kitchen items: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Spices and condiments are not provided.
* Supplies: Toilet paper (3 per bath), paper towels(2), trash bags (10), dishwasher tabs (6), dish soap (1), a sponge (1), handi wipes (3), laundry detergent (2), hand soap at each sink, and 3 n 1 Body Wash/Shampoo in each shower are provided.
* Desks are located throughout the home to support remote work/learning for multiple people
* There is parking for 3 vehicles
* Please note that the driveway is very steep; four-wheel drive is highly recommended in winter
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show a photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* Dog allowed - The breed and size of your dog are required. One dog is allowed during your stay, if more than one dog is to accompany you during your stay it must be preapproved and there may be an additional fee.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks
* Please respect the neighborhood time hours are 10 PM to 7 AM
* Additional house rules for operating home-specific amenities will be located on the premises

Return all keys- there is a $15 charge for lost or missing keys
