Located on a secluded lane just steps off the Gulf bike trail and a short walk/bike ride to a private Gulf of Mexico beach, this spacious, 2 bedroom / 2 bath beach cottage (sleeps 4) has the best of both worlds—Old Florida charm and completely updated!
Relax with your morning coffee on the enclosed lanai or private deck, surrounded by mature palm trees—you might just get a visit from an egret, heron, or Ibis! This spacious, cheery cottage has everything you need for your “home-away-from-home” stay—WIFI YouTube TV, 2 flat-screen TVs, updated kitchen and breakfast bar, dishwasher, washer/dryer; as well as all linens, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. To totally enjoy your island experience, we have two FREE bikes for your suite, plus bike trailer, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon-- even beach toys for the kids! Walk the beach for some of Sanibel’s famous shells, or simply relax under the umbrella with a book, and drink in the sounds and smells of the sea—keep an eye out for the dolphins! .
Owners live in the other suite. The suites are separated by a room being updated with a weight bench and extra bed, so no shared walls, and total quiet and privacy. Back areas separated by a privacy fence.
