3 Bedroom 2 Bath. 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twins and new sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 Living room has a sofa, three chairs, two end tables and coffee table. Dining room table seats six people and three bar stools are at the kitchen bar area. Fully furnished villa with stackable washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, refrigerator, toaster and 12 cup coffee maker. 3 flat screen TVs and 1 other TVs with free WiFi. Master bathroom has a separate soaking tub, shower only and double sinks. Master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Queen and twin bedrooms come with nightstands, dressers and closets in each room. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and one sink. This is a first floor villa with a patio. Patio includes 6 chairs and 2 tables. Hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen and hallways. Carpet in the bedrooms. Pets allowed up to 60 lbs. No smoking. Enjoy the gym, indoor pool, outdoor, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly stays only. Coupons available for stays less then seven days. Linens are not included but linen package can be purchased.

Great Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Rose Real Estate to enjoy this property for a number of years. This years stay did not disappoint. Tupalo Bay is a great place to stay. Having the Driving Range, Par Three and Executive Courses on site is a huge plus. The Ice Cream Shop and Putt Putt Course are very convenient as we do not have to leave the property to enjoy them.Villa #204 was clean and well maintained. Rose Real Estate provided great customer service. We recommend Rose and this property for a stay in The Grand Strand.

Reviewer Comments: We started our vacation having a issue with a lost key and a inoperable washing machine, staff members Tina and Ed were all over that, super impressed with the staff, the facility was clean, and served our purposes, again thank you to Rose Real Estate .... If and when we could me back to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina .... See know who we will be renting from! Thank you again!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have frequented Myrtle Beach for many years. Staying in various different units within Tupelo bay. This unit appears to be clean from a distance but it isn't. There is dust and dirt everywhere from the fans to the floor. If you wipe the floor with a wet rag ut comes up black. Back sliding door doesn't lock, although a bar is being used to secure it. Bottom of fridge being held together with dirty tape..full of animal fur. We were welcomed with a dishwasher filled with dirty dishes. Ac unit froze while we were there. Had to take a few hours out of our day to wait for the repair man. He told us the filter hadn't been changed in forever and it contributed to the malfunction on the unit. Ac repair man was 45 min past the time he was supposed to arrive. While that is no fault of rose realty, they never called us back when we called to ask if they were still coming. Never did they call again to see if the unit was even working properly and our issue was resolved. Towel bar was hanging off the wall. Some things were minor, while some were significant. Together it all added up to mske us feel that it was not worth the amount of money we paid for it. It's a great, safe location, which is what brings us back every year. This particular unit appears to need some serious TLC. Not much put into it, seems the owner is just looking to make the biggest profit. Which who can blame them, but others should be aware

Light fixtures & fans could use a good dusting & a swifter run under couch & chairs. Happy to rent this unit again-without a hurricane!
