Stayed with a large group visiting for a Murray River Golf trip. It was perfect for our stay, plenty of room and incredible outlook over the lake. Would stay again, thank you!
Perfect property for our large group that stayed at the Lake House. Perfect for fishing & boating. Well equiped house. 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Yarrawonga. Communication with host was great. Very happy with the accommodation & look forward to booking in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was so much more spacious than the pictures let on. Hopefully we can plan another trip to Christine's accommodation!
The house was perfect location to the main street and slept everybody comfortablyThe only problem was we brought up jetskis and jetskis aren’t allowed in that part of the waterBut all up great house
Great location with beautiful backyard setting overlooking the water. Enough facilities for the large group of 18 but as most properties, bedding was a little squashed in for such as large group. Walking distance to town was a great advantage and owner was a dream to communicate with.
We honestly couldn’t thank Christine enough. We were unfortunately cancelled at the last minute by another local property and reached out to Christine in a bit of a panic. Her response was prompt, warm and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The photos don’t do the size, location or beautiful era of the home justice. It has such a welcoming, homely feel, with great air-conditioning and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing large group stay.We hosted our Christmas lunch here with our families and spent a few gorgeous days out on the water. Having the jetty right in the backyard was absolutely perfect.Christine was flexible, respectful and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. We felt so looked after during our stay and are already planning to rebook.Highly recommend! This place truly made our Christmas.

Thanks so much Jacqui, glad to help out and so pleased to hear you had a great Christmas and a wonderful stay! Can't wait to host you and your family again! Christine x
What a location and gorgeous big quirky house . It was perfect for our group that needed the 5 bedrooms. That worked really well. 3 nights later nobody wanted to leave !
The outdoor table and bbq needed a good clean upon arrival but otherwise most enjoyable!
Great location close to Main Street, shops and cafes. House is great for a group, 4 families fit comfortably. Driveway was too low to fit our boat which meant it was out on the street, quite a long way from the house which wasn’t ideal but seemed safe enough. House is a random set up of bedrooms and bathrooms, it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again except was a bit on the expensive side for the age of the house.
Although the house was lovely and the scenery was superb there were a few issues, the house wasn’t the cleanest it could of been, there was a coffee maker on the kitchen bench that hasn’t been moved for awhile as there was dust and insects under it also in the freezer there was a cup of ice cream that had obviously been left from the last occupants, in the upstairs bathroom there is mould and it wasn’t very clean, the lounges definitely need replacing as they sunk in the middle, the worst one being in the dining area, other than that everything else was great, it was ideal for our weekend getaway.
Firstly I must say the location and accommodation was great. There were a few surprises. Large spider web in kitchen, also a few ants but probably the ants cant be helped. there were a few light bulbs not working and curtains not hung properly. I don't think the toilet in the laundry had been cleaned. The house is obviously old and needing attention. But on saying this the kids loved the quirky ness of the house and had a great time. Overall the house was clean. Plenty of aircon for hot days. Location was Perfect. We would stay again. The property manager was very helpful
This was one of the best family breaks. Perfect for Christmas.
The jetty was great ..just need a set of stairs to get in and out of the water .
The area was perfect for children .
Well stocked kitchen
