We enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend! Plenty of space and nice outdoor areas to enjoy our time together. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and have a wonderful base to come back to rest and relax!
We had a great stay here. The house was very clean, the outside areas were beautiful, and the host was accommodating. We look forward to returning soon!
Booked this for a family escape for my wife’s birthday and was as described, far enough to enjoy the mountains and peace and quiet but close enough for her to go to target and kohls.
This was a perfect setting for what we needed. The house was well equipted and very pretty. The kids love the tree swings. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Awesome
It was our 2nd time staying here. We have family in the area so it’s very convenient. Just like last tine it was clean, comfortable and spacious!
Host was welcoming and responsive. The house didn’t seem especially clean - the towels smelled stale and we had to vacuum upon arrival, door lock stuck on front door, door to garage would just open, creepy that door code was printed in the book (ie unchanging), lots of flies upstairs - not sure where they were getting in.
House was clean and smelled fresh, no laundry detergent supplied to start a load of laundry per check out directions. Otherwise we really enjoyed the house.

From the owner: “Hi, just heard from the cleaning crew that they misplaced the detergent in the closet shelf. We will ensure it is more visible in the future. We usually don't have an issue if the laundry cycle is not started.”
The location of this house is wonderful for short or even longer getaway stays, If you need peaceful solitude, but still prefer to be close to attractions, then this is the VRBO for you! The hosts are very responsive and the house was made very welcoming and comfortable. I highly reccommend this for your next weekend or getaway retreat.
The house was just as pictured—comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and settled right in. The view from the front windows is gorgeous, and we enjoyed a spectacular sunrise. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!
Highly recommend! The place was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The location was very peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to get to everything. If the internet and/or cell phone reception were better, I would love to come back for a remote work long-term stay! Overall, an excellent place to unplug and relax.
We loved the house. It was very clean, the rooms were all comfortable, and we found everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the bunk area and the game room upstairs. It was in a very peaceful setting yet not too far to visit places like Shenandoah National Park or Charlottesville. We also appreciated the quick communication we received from the hosts when we reached out prior to our stay.
Very nice house with a attached garage, which was nice for our stay, because of the rainy weather. The only issue we had, was the address. This home is on West Hoover road and not Hoover road. Be careful when looking for the property on your map. Also, check in instructions did not mention that the name of the property is Breezy Oaks, which is on a sign at the entrance.

Thank you Jeffrey for the feedback on address and check in instructions. We will highlight those to future guests.
My husband and I SO enjoyed our recent, weekend stay with our infant son and two friends! The home was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortably (& beautifully!) furnished. No matter what time of year you’re visiting, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the breathtaking front yard view for a sunrise or sunset photo op!
House is well equipped, comfy beds, ability to have coffee on the porch looking into the mountains and enjoying a bon fire end of November was unexpected but enjoyable! Only issue was not enough wash cloths for our entire stay. Very happy with communication after an item was left! Recommend this for any stay.
