This home has been renovated from top to bottom with wonderful luxury touches. Amazing, heated pool and hot tub as well as large yard. Walk into a Gourmet kitchen with bar seating for 8. There is a living room overlooking the yard and pool as well as dining room and powder room. Walk out the living room to the outdoor porch and relax. The property has 7 bedrooms, one of which has built-in beds on the third level and 7 full baths. Second floor features a master with en-suite bath and four additional bedrooms. Third floor TV room completes this home with bunk room and full bath, Lower level, sitting area with TV as well as a full bath and laundry. Porches on the front and rear with plenty of seating overlooking the large yard. 2 outdoor showers! Fortes beach is a short walk away. Beach pass is provided. $300 weekly cost for pool heat. *** Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. **** home has ductless ac units in lower level and third level. All but one bedroom has window a/c and fans.

Fabulous Cape House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this Hyannisport home. The outdoor setting with lush gardens overlooking the pool are beautiful. The back porch is relaxing and you could spend days enjoying the outdoors. The furnishings are beautiful and the home was very well stocked. We would easily return to the home. We had a few quick questions during our stay and they were quickly answered by our realtor.

Fabulous property!

Had a large pool with furniture and umbrellas for all. Absolutely lovely! House was clean and spacious. Great beds and linens. Beautiful grounds. Walked into town 1.5 miles. Walk to beach. Large stone deck that is covered to sit and watch sun set. Very attentive manager. Great stay!

Magnificent!

We had a great family vacation! The house has old charm yet all the right updates. There is plenty of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. A great option is the third floor where our teens slept and hung out in their own space. The pool area is amazing and so relaxing. Truly a great family vacation!

Best 4th Ever

This was our fourth summer renting homes for our family week together in various locations. This home really had it all with plenty to do for all ten of us from 9 years to 70 years. The heated pool turned out to be especially entertaining and the big porch was a perfect place for meals and just hanging out. What a great way to spend 4th of July!
