This lovely, light and bright home is filled with Cape Cod style! The first level has a nice size living room, large kitchen with dining, full bath with shower as well as a half bath, den with TV and three bedrooms. Walk out onto the deck from the kitchen to the deck with seating, gas grill and large yard as well as outdoor shower. The second level offers two more bedrooms and another full bath. Lower level has a sitting area with TV ping pong table as well as washer/dryer. Home is within a short distance to area amenities. ***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees. Beach pass provided.

3 families shared the house and we had a lovely time.

We had a lovely time in osterville, the house was very nice and well equipped for our stay. It was within a short walk to the town and the local beach was close by, a short drive or about a 20 minute walk and it was a lovely beach. We all enjoyed our stay on cape cod and visited others towns, we went whale watching, hired bikes, kayaking, trip to Boston, Provincetown, we had a great time and did as much as we could do, Michelle the property manager was on hand for any queries or small problems we had and anything we questioned was dealt with. Would recommend for a stay.

Beautiful Property with everything a large family

Breathtaking home with all of the amenities a family needs and more! Lovely neighborhood for walking or jogging and a quick, enjoyable walk to the adorable town center with fun shopping! The kids enjoyed playing in the large yard and the parents loved the large playroom for the kids to play the many fun games and ping pong on a rainy afternoon. This home is updated with every modern convenience and kept immaculate. We had many wonderful evenings grilling on the back deck and enjoying the salty, fresh Cape Cod air. I highly recommend this rental property and we look forward to visiting again this summer!

Perfect Family Getaway!

This is a beautifully maintained and furnished home. Attention to detail with stocked kitchen and high quality linens. The beds are comfortable - the bunk room is fantastic for kids with room for air mattresses if needed. An easy walk to the village to some great restaurants, and a quick drive to the beach. We hope we can go back and stay again some day!!!

Relaxing, spacious, well-maintained...

This was a great find!! We were very impressed with how well maintained this house is, and every thought/detail that went into it, including an outdoor shower when returning from the beach and gas grill near deck for easy use. We found there to be a LOT more room in this house than appears from the outside. Plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in, with a bedroom off the family room for people who may have a tough time with stairs. The open kitchen and dining area allowed us to spend evenings as a family playing games at the table while Mom cooked or Dad grilled. Dowes Beach was a very short drive away, and we enjoyed walking into town every day for a meal, groceries or ice cream. Can wait to visit again this year!

Wonderful vacation home !

What a wonderful vacation home! The house is very clean, excellent furnishings and is well kept. So much room for large families (5 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths), living area is very spacious, kitchen that is fully functional, large finished basement, large deck and yard). The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood but is within walking distance or short drive to quaint town of Osterville, which has a few very nice restaurants. Beaches are also a short drive away! Great views and scenery in the village and surrounding areas if you go for walks or runs. I can't wait to rent this property again and absolutely recommend staying here.
