Michelle Sylvia rental collection home. Great location and new for 2022 rental season. Steps to a sandy beach! Sit on the porch and sip your morning coffee while you decide what to do for the day. First floor has brand new kitchen, two bedrooms [1 king and 2 queens] and two full baths [ all baths are new] , Living Room, Family room and dining as well as screened in porch. Make your way to the second floor where there are three bedrooms [ bunk set and twin, 2 queens] and two full [ new] bathrooms. Home has central air for your comfort and a large yard with seating, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Just a short distance away is a sandy beach, Sea View Park with tennis courts, playground as well as a walking path. Pets considered with owner approval. Lower level has game room for family fun. *** Home is streaming only.

Colonero Cape Cod vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years. It started out as just two of us, then four of us, and now 11. We have always stayed in either Dennis or Dennisport as it’s a central location. The rental at 12 Birch Hill Rd. is ideal for our family size. It’s a great location just a few houses away from the beach. The house is in very good condition and has many amenities especially the game room in the basement. This is our second year renting at this location and we will most likely continue.
