This property far exceeds the description and is exactly as the photos . We had the most amazing stay. There were 9 of us and there was enough space to hang out and not be on top of each other. We have been coming to the area for 30 years. Our timeshare that we own was not ready to open after last years hurricane. This definitely took the sting out of not being able to be on the beach. Would stay again.

Beautiful beach cottage!!!

This property was fantastic. Everything was thought of. This is a great house for the whole family. My older kids either rode the bikes or walked into St. Armand every day. My youngest loved walking to get ice cream. The whole family enjoyed the backyard amnenties......we lived in the pool the whole vacation. Staying at this property is a must if you are in the Lido Beach area!!!

Beautiful house in a great area

Stayed for a week with my three 20 year old adult children. We loved the beauty of the pool and outdoor deck area which was very private but there were some noisy neighbors. Appreciated the welcome gift of cupcakes. Great neighborhood within walking distance of Armands Circle and the beach but very hot to be walking in August. Easy drive into downtown area with more restaurants. House was somewhat pricey but fully stocked.

Exactly as pictured - awesome location - walk to beach and at Armand’s circle

Family of four - easy check in / checkout - automated messages came in and assistant was text message away. Clean property, accurate listing, yes there are lots of coconuts! Well stocked house and well taken care of. Heat lamps outside on deck were and added plus and beach and st Armand’s circle are both less than 10 min walk. Only downside / improvement for the house given price point would be a better family moving watching area / upgrade the living room movie set up…… what you see is what you get and just suggesting for landlord. Excellent property and would stay at again.

Awesome Place

We had a family vacation (9 in total) with ages ranging from 80 to 8. When we arrived, the house was staged and immediately made you feel welcome and relaxed. Even with the heat and humidity, the outdoor space was comfortable and where we spent most of our time after returning from the beach. The landscaping made sure that we had privacy from the surrounding homes. We never felt cramped or crowded even with 9 people in the house. The overall experience was exactly what we needed. The house is so close to the beach and the circle that we did not have to drive anywhere. Overall, this is a great place with a great location. We will definitely be returning for another beach vacation.
