This modern condo is located in the heart of downtown and features quartz counter-tops, high-end appliances, gas fireplace, and 2 roof top decks with the best views in town! Enter this condo from your private entrance and stairway on Main Street between Trevor Furbay Fine Goods and Between The Covers Book Store. Once at the top of the stairs, you are welcomed by an open concept living area with kitchen and dining table. The living room has a large Smart TV and gas fireplace with a sliding door to the side deck with grill and two lounge chairs. From here you can access the stairs to the rooftop deck which has expansive views of the Harbor and downtown. From coffee at sunrise to a glass of wine at sunset, this is the best seat in town. The rooftop deck has a 4 person dining table with umbrella and two additional lounge chairs as well as a built in bench for extras. Back in the condo you'll find a hallway with a guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. The hall leads to the bathroom with walk in shower and primary bedroom with a King bed and an additional flat screen television.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed fora long weekend visit. We had all the amenities of living at home including covered parking for our car and bikes. The location was very convenient right in the heart of town. Would stay there again!

We fell in love with Harbor Springs

We couldn’t have been more happy with this property and it’s location. The only problem we ran into was that the fire alarm went off randomly in the early morning hours but it never happened again. This property was PERFECT for my wife and I to stay for our anniversary. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great downtown spot

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be great. Walkable to everything you’d need in Harbor Springs and a short drive to Petoskey and Boyne. It was clean and comfortable. Only feedback was that we didn’t receive check in details prior to arrival and had to reach out to access the flat. The management company was very responsive and got back to us immediately even at a late hour, but I would have preferred receiving the instructions prior to arriving.

The location can't be beat and the amenities are sufficient. A few issues with our stay - 1) the bed sheets in the master had stains; 2) the fireplace never properly worked during our stay, despite having a repairman come service it; 3) despite the welcome materials saying parking is not enforced on Main Street, we did receive a parking ticket the first night there. One recommendation would be to replace the coffee maker with a Keurig.

It was thrilling to walk Main Street, climb the boardwalk, walk the big dock, and swim at the beach. We loved going to the roof/sue terrace to take in the harbor view. FYI. The door locking system is sensitive . We had to get management to help us twice.

Lovely downtown apartment with a crows nest wonderful view of the pier and bay. Terrific location to walk around downtown and explore the beautiful area of Harbor Springs. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance.
