This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.
This updated beachfront condo features two new full bathrooms with walk-in showers, a modern kitchen with new appliances, fresh flooring, and brand-new beds and furniture. Enjoy the convenience of ceiling fans and three new smart TVs. The condo offers an outstanding view from its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with easy beach access through the pool area. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a twin trundle. Both bedrooms provide access to a full bathroom with showers. Building amenities comprise a large, heated pool and spa, tennis courts with pickleball, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
NOTE: This building will have construction being done on the 01 and 02 balconies starting July 20 and last thru October. Limited to no pool access during this time. Beach access will be available! Noise maybe heard throughout the building.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed

This condo was nicely updated, bathrooms were fabulous. View and access to beach were great. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy parking, nicely equipped kitchen, nice furnisings, and washer and dryer.
Overall the location is great. Needed more furniture in living room for watching movies, etc. Hot tub was always crowded and not warm enough.

Place was dirty. A/c wasn’t available for a couple days & we had to stay all day while it was replaced. WiFi was intermittent. Furniture was uncomfortable. Beach umbrella was in tatters.

We told you prior to your arrival that this was the case and you seemed fine with it since it was not hot out. If you would have had an issue we could have moved you to a different condo. We did not hear from you the whole 3 weeks you were there until this. We could have replaced the umbrella too.
