Waterfront home, centrally located on Main Street in Wellington. The house has a large backyard right on West Lake with views of The Wellington Beach (4 min walk) and Lake Ontario. Within a 10 minute walk to The Drake Devonshire, Midtown Brewery and all other amenities Wellington has to offer! This house is perfect for a family of 5, or 3 couples looking to enjoy all that PEC has to offer. You can use our canoe and get to Sandbanks Provincial park within a 10 minute paddle from our dock.
