We'll Be Back

Nice condo. This is our 6th stay at Sunset Vistas and first at this condo. Loved how the parking spot was close to elevator. Through no fault of hosts, we weren't able to access the beach in front of the condo, and Sunset Vistas maintenance was loud (we took walks to get away from sandblasting). Hosts were easy to contact, and unit had all amenities as promised.

View was as expected you can see the other units. It was dirty. The floor needed cleaned. The place is all in all just ok for what it cost.Many updates are needed.Was told there were 2 beach chairs but they were kid sized.Main bath we had the sink drain replaced and second bath the shower doesn’t get hot.Garbage disposal is on its last legs. I enjoyed staying there , however it is priced too high for what you get. Hardly any dishes and the cookware is really bad. Would not recommend unless it gets lots of tic.

No frills - but gets the job done! We enjoyed our stay, GREAT location and to our surprise during the kite festival, lovely to wake up and see the kites right out our porch! Gave a 3 as the place is dated, the mattress was great, but in a very squeaky bed frame. Kitchen items were stocked but limited. No trash bags, no Kleenex, no soap in master shower and the electrical kept tripping. Other than this (which were minor) we had a nice stay. Hope to be back…

Great location

The location was great and parking was right across from elevator and the walk to the water was very short. Other location have a much longer walk to the water. Great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

The views are worth it!

We stayed a full week two couples for an anniversary trip. If you have more it will be a bit tight BUT the views are AMAZING and you are steps from the beach. They are still recovering at some locations in the area BUT there was so much that is open we had NO issues. Did I mention the views! They even accommodated us with a early check-in since our flight changed. I would stay again if we head back to the area for the convenience to the beach and views!

The location was excellent and quick to the beach. The condo was clean and in a good location. My one complaint was the bed in the master bedroom - it was simply unsleepable so we slept on the couch.
