• This large apartment contains three closed bedrooms with queen beds, each with built-in storage closets. One of the rooms has a desk and a work chair and a screen for telecommuting.

• The kitchen is equipped with appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher), and is fully equipped to allow you to cook your meals. Dishes, cookware, utensils, pans, pots and food essentials are provided so you don't miss anything. In addition, a traditional filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso Vertuo machine with capsules is at your disposal for your sleepy mornings.

• In the living room, you will find a three-seater sofa, several lounge chairs and a large smart television. In addition, a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench allows you to enjoy your meals together.

• The unit contains two full bathrooms with bath & shower.

• The unit contains a large storage room with washer & dryer and plenty of play and leisure equipment available.<

• By reserving this unit, you will have access to the entire apartment and terrace in complete privacy. Curfew at 10pm for the terrace to respect the neighbours.

This was a perfect location - we felt very safe and things were close - grocery store just a 10 minute walk. Each bedroom had a sink which was a nice feature to keep the main washrooms clear of extra bags. One of our guests had mobility issues and the condo was on ground floor which was a bonus. Communication was great, everything was what we expected. Parking spot was a small issue when a family member came to visit. Their car was small, but they could not fit in due to the car in the next spot over. We would stay here again!

The apartment was clean and had all the essentials (kitchen supplies, towels), plus some extras. The manual the host provided was comprehensive, not only for the property but also for suggestions for things to do in the area. The location is perfect both for touring McGill and seeing lots of great Montreal landmarks. The apartment was a little darker than the photos suggest, but it was comfortable. I don't know how it is in the summer, but on the below-freezing days we were there, the temps inside were perfect. The host is easy to get a hold of and the check-in and check-out processes were clear. Note that the parking space is tight, so it's not recommended for a large vehicle (we had a crossover/small SUV, and it fit fine).

Warm and comfortable apartment in Montreal for a family of four (parents and two teens) visiting for a winter vacation. Each bedroom even had a personal sink with mirror, so there was never any need to wait for the bathroom! Kitchen stove was great - 5 burners that heated up very quickly. Coffee machine and electric hot water kettle was fantastic for the morning mug of whatever you want. We rented a Toyota Rav 4 SUV - parking space was a bit tight, since it was a snowy February, but we made it work. Location is near McGill; we drove everywhere (Bromont, Theater St Denis, BioDome, Notre Dame, Ice Hotel-Quebec City, etc). Ate too much poutine, bread, and drank many glasses of Caesar cocktails. Canada is lovely. Had a good time.

Wonderful place to stay

My husband, myself and some friends stayed here over the Victoria Day long weekend. It was a very nice home, very clean, quiet and in a great location. It had everything we could think of. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again. The check in and check out was seamless and the host was very friendly.

Comfortable, tidy and close to many things to do!

We stayed here with another couple for a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We used Uber to get around several places and found the location convenient. Extremely convenient to walk to Mont-Royal; it's right there. Diya was easy to communicate with and we found everything just to our liking. Thank you for your hospitality!

A grand time in Montréal

Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation at Le Grande MTL. The unit is in a great location on a quiet residential street, within easy walking distance of McGill, Mont Royal, shops/restaurants on Boul. St Laurent, and Metro. Slightly longer walk to Old Montréal. Property pictures and description are accurate. Kitchen and bathrooms are older, but very clean and everything worked well. Vanities in all bedrooms were a nice feature. It was also nice to have a reserved parking space. The host (Diya) was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in MTL.

Fabulous for Families and Small Groups

Where to begin?! This place is a gem! We visited Montreal with our two children (2 yoa & 4 yoa) and our au pair (26 yoa) and found it to be more than enough space for all of us -- we are half joking that perhaps we'll bring my parents with us next time too! The location was fabulous for families looking to see all the sites by stroller. St Denise, St Laurent, and even old Montreal are all 20-30 minute walks from the doorstep. There is also a fabulous playground about a 10 minute walk from the doorstep at Parc Jean Mance. Beyond the location, we were very pleased with the house setup. Kitchen and dining/living areas were large enough that we hosted some local family over for a Schwartz's takeout lunch. The laundry room was amazing to have with littles running around. We definitely made use of it and went home with a suitcase full of clean clothes! Access to a parking spot was also key with our kids. We traveled daily to TMR to see family so it was super convenient to zip in and out of the city with our car and care seats right there at the apartment. One thing I wasn't sure about is how loud it would be to stay on the ground floor in the city, but this was a very quiet street. My husband and I slept in the bedroom closest to the street and slept soundly all night long. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

A great space! There is plenty of room and even laundry. The location is perfect, a quiet street in one of the city's coolest neighborhoods. There is even a Pixi bike station right outside the front door, so it's easy to get around.

This three bedroom accommodation was adequate. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. However, it was advertised there was a TV but there was no cable, we were unable to watch live TV and were disappointed We couldn’t watch the NHL playoffs. Their certificate of registration had expired last year. None of the smoke alarms were functioning. I would not stay here again.

Perfect central location & quiet neighborhood

My husband and I visited Montreal for a long weekend. This location was perfect - central (walking distance) to activities downtown, in Mont Royal park, old Montreal, and Rue St Denis neighborhood shopping and dining. Apartment was quiet, well kept, and just as listed. Only advice would be that if you want to prepare meals while visiting, the kitchen does not have a lot of basic pantry items (spices, oil, dry goods, etc). We were planning all meals out so it didn't impact our trip at all. Management company was very responsive to our questions and one small maintenance issue that arose during our stay, which was great. Would stay here again for sure!
