We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was amazing, host communication was excellent. Beautiful deck to enjoy our morning coffee on, and a quick walk to the beach for the kids.
Lovely home with gorgeous views. Clean, tidy and well equipped.Dave was a lovely host. Accommodated me when I messed up my booking and couldn't have made it easier.
Fantastic spot, close to beach. Very impressed with moden kitchen appliances. Even has filtered water.
Wish there was steps to the balcony otherwise perfect place to relax.
Loved the area, the water and the view. Water is only a walk away and you can swim all day long if you wanted to. House was easy to find, check in was also easy. The bach was lovely had everything you need. definitely go back
The home was very well setup with a brand new kitchen and freshly painted interior. Perfect for our needs.
The home owners were very friendly and easy to deal with and we will certainly look for this property in the future.
Spacious, bright and clean, and quite luxurious! We loved it! The property manager was quick to reply and generous with allowing early entry to enable my daughter to have a zoom meeting. Lovely views and a great deck. Grateful for the aircon. It was perfect. Wed love to stay again!

The cottage was perfect for our overnight needs. The kitchen was modern, clean and well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and we loved eating a home-cooked meal on the deck. The night bugs were out when the sun went down so we didn’t spend time on the porch after dinner.
The water views were lovely - we just wish we had more time to swim! The owner was in contact quickly with lots of useful information.
The property is in a neighborhood that is fairly remote. We stopped in Kawhia for dinner supplies.
I would recommend this cottage for a peaceful stay with beautiful views.
Just as advertised. As simple as that. We arrived on a nice sunny day and even though the weather became overcast then wet at times, we did not let that affect us as we know the NZ forests tend to become alive in such conditions. Thanks for letting us be part of this.
Excellent view. Clean & Tidy. Driveway is unsafe and needs to be fixed.
No communication with Manager. Lucky we took photocopy of email or we would not have got in! Too hard to find the Code on the email. This need to be highligthed!!!

An odd review, they were sent access details prior to their stay with my contact details on it.
There are many positives about this property, such as new appliances & fixtures, clean & comfortable bed, nice view of the inlet & dunes. But, there was a disagreeable odor about the place that emanated from the utility room/foyer. Perhaps a sour mop? Trash? Once I closed off that section of the house and aired the place out, it was better. And...then there were the bugs. Many different kinds of insects and spiders. The cockroach in the sugar bowl was the kicker. So, keep working on it, you are almost there!
Such a beautiful bach, pristine clean, stunning views, modern appliances, plenty of room, and very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed, and more. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely host. Will be back as was a great experience :)

The driveway up into this property will concreted in the near future. The roof over the deck is to be extended to cover the whole deck.
