Barbara was an excellent host. We unfortunately had no hot water and had leave the next morning as it was getting colder and no hot water was too difficult. I'm sure they will have it fixed and it is a great location and comfortable place.

We stayed a week here and absolutely loved it 😍 the view of lake Sinclair is honestly breathtaking. This was our first visit to Milledgeville and we can’t wait to plan our next ! I absolutely loved this lake home! It’s older, but so clean and full of charm—it brought back so many memories of my grandmother’s house. I loved the cozy, nostalgic feel, and the view of the lake is just beautiful. Don’t be surprised to see deer in the yard too! Perfect location, close to GCSU, great restaurants, and everything you might need. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a relaxing week at the lake house.The house was well equipped with all the comforts you will need.Clean and comfortable..We trailed a boat so there was a boat house with a dock and the boat ramp and gas dock was in site which was great.The property was a short drive to downtown for shopping and restaurants.We are already talking about booking again.
