Owner didn't give the lockbox code which was supposed to be emailed before arrival. After 2hrs of trying to call outside the apartment, VRBO found the code for the lockbox. We then went up to the apartment to find it hadn't been cleaned, the beds had all been slept in. We had to find alternate accomodation for us and our 3 kids which was very expensive. The owner still hasn't responded to my messages and calls. Im very disappointed.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was lovely and well stocked with towels and pantry items. The only negative was the street noise but otherwise a perfect location.
